Extension, remodelling and refurbishment of a detached 1970s house.
The project comprised a two-storey side extension and single storey front extension.
At first floor level a new family bathroom, master bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom were created. New accommodation at ground floor level included a WC and double aspect open plan kitchen, dining and day living room with full height glazing into the front and rear gardens.
