Extension and remodelling of a detached Victorian house on a prominent site in a conservation area.
Project comprised a single storey rear extension with internal alterations at ground floor level, minor alterations at first floor level and hard landscaping.
The alterations provided a utility room, WC and open plan kitchen, dining and day living room with full height glazing onto a south-facing garden.
