Project comprised a new lower ground floor level garage with a terrace above, a single storey side extension and internal alterations at lower ground, ground and first floor level. The project included a new internal staircase to traditional detail and open plan kitchen, dining and day living area which opened onto a south facing external terrace with views out to the South Downs.
